With the aim of strengthening actions and promoting economic growth in the Local Labor Development Board-La Montaña and the well-being of each of our clients and participants, we have created this cyber portal in which we intend to cover your needs and in turn be able to Provide a tool to Employers in which both the offers and demands of our Labor Market can be met.

Our commitment, through this page, is to be able to reach our population and provide them with all the information possible.  It is designed so that you can access the services we offer more quickly.

With the faithful commitment that characterizes us and the fulfillment of having a workforce that is more skilled and more qualified every day, we dedicate ourselves to preparing our participants to be able to insert them into the workforce.

We were designated as a Service Delivery Agency to manage federal funds under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).  Through this we cover the needs of the municipalities that make up our Local Area: Barranquitas, Cidra, Corozal, Naranjito and Orocovis.
